Return and Refund Policy

At BestPrice in Kenya, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer a hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and fair resolution.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns for refund or store credit are accepted within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and software intact

  • The product is not a special order, clearance item, hardware component, or peripheral

  • A valid original invoice is presented at the time of return


2. Defective Products

  • If your item has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of the purchase date.

  • Issues reported after 24 hours will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.


3. Sealed Products

  • Items sold in sealed packaging are non-returnable once opened, unless found to be defective and covered under warranty.


4. Customers Outside Nairobi

For customers outside Nairobi, please contact our support team within the return period for guidance on safely returning your product.


5. Credit Notes

  • Full credit notes may be issued for eligible returns made within 48 hours

  • Partial credit notes may be considered for returns made between 48 hours and 5 days, depending on product condition and packaging

  • No returns will be accepted after 5 days, except under an ongoing warranty process


6. Packaging & Handling Guidelines

Returned items must:

  • Be securely packaged using the original shipping box and protective materials

  • Be free from damage, missing parts, or markings

Failure to meet these requirements may:

  • Incur a 15% handling fee

  • Result in the rejection of the return


7. Important Notes

  • No returns are accepted after 3 days of purchase (unless under warranty)

  • Items must be in resalable condition for refunds or credit to be approved

  • A valid original invoice is required for all returns – no exceptions
