1. Delivery Options

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
• If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, they may be held liable for related costs. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value may apply.
• Once goods are delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• Customers are required to inspect items upon delivery and report any visible damage or defects within 3 days.

2. Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery.
• Prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
• VAT, duties, and delivery fees are borne by the buyer and reflected in the final invoice.
• Prices and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date. Products must be in original, unopened condition, including packaging and accessories.

• Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns made after 48 hours but within 5 days may qualify for a credit note.
• Poorly packaged returns may incur a 15% handling fee.
• Opened or sealed goods are not returnable unless under manufacturer warranty.

4. Warranty Policy

• Products are covered by a manufacturer warranty, typically valid for 12 months.
• Tampering, removal of serial numbers, or unauthorized markings will void the warranty.
• Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s service centers, primarily located in Nairobi CBD.

5. VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is applied in accordance with Kenyan law at the prevailing rate of 16%. Product prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.
